Many of us have heightened anxiety shaped by trauma from the collective instability in our world right now. We often feel like we’re never enough. This can lead to chronic anxiety, financial instability, and illness. It’s time to say no to these toxic messages, balance our nervous systems, and decide for ourselves what we value the most. I offer specialized therapy and coaching for women like you, empowering you to overcome anxiety and live a more peaceful, balanced life. My approach is holistic, addressing not just your mental health, but how your mind, body, and lifestyle intersect.

Many symptoms of anxiety are deeply connected to unresolved trauma and a nervous system that has been in survival mode for far too long. As a trauma-informed therapist and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) specialist, I help women process and resolve painful memories efficiently, often without months of retelling the story, so true nervous system repair can happen. I believe that meaningful change happens when we nurture the whole person – which is why I focus on helping you simplify your life, create supportive rhythms, and build systems that actually serve you.

I also use my intuition and visualization skills to help you see what’s possible before it fully forms – whether that is emotional healing, daily routines that feel calm and balanced, or a life that aligns with your values. For women who are interested, we can also explore identity frameworks and reflective tools that deepen self-understanding and support intentional life design. This same approach is what guides the digital tools, planners, and systems I create – designed to support women in reducing anxiety and making everyday life more peaceful, intentional, and grounded.

As a licensed, cognitive-behavioral therapist since 2010 and a coach trained in integrative wellness, my expertise lies in transforming women’s lives to alleviate anxiety. I understand the struggles of managing anxiety, and I’m here to guide you through these shifts, fostering a holistic transformation for a more balanced and anxiety-free life. In 2018; in the midst of running two businesses, managing four properties, parenting two babies and fostering one teenager; I was at complete overwhelm. I felt like I was failing at everything, and my life was full of stress and guilt. At that moment I realized I had to make some dramatic changes. I sat down and prioritized and established what was most important to me. I made huge, intentional changes to our lives and our home in order to simplify everything. I developed systems to work and live more sustainably, and I reduced my stress and improved my wellbeing. After that point everything gradually fell into place. Now I help other women to make these vital changes and live their lives to the fullest.
