Business Creation & Lifestyle Design For Women

Create work that supports the life you actually want to live.

Maybe you know the way you’re working isn’t working anymore.

You want meaningful work and financial security – but you also want a life.

You want time for your health. Energy for your family and relationships. Space to exercise, rest, travel, pursue hobbies, or simply have an afternoon that isn’t packed from beginning to end.

And you’re tired of feeling like the only way to make enough money or be successful is to work more, push harder, and fit the rest of your life into whatever time is left over.

Maybe you’re…

  • Burned out or increasingly unhappy in your current career.
  • Craving more flexibility and control over your schedule.
  • Trying to figure out how to turn an existing skill, passion, service, or idea into meaningful income.
  • Interested in working for yourself but overwhelmed by how all the pieces would actually come together.
  • Already self-employed but realizing you’ve accidentally created another demanding job for yourself.
  • Full of ideas but unsure which ones are realistic or where to start.
  • Trying to balance ambition with motherhood, relationships, health, and everything else that matters to you.
  • Making decent money but wondering why you still don’t feel financially free.
  • Constantly trying to squeeze exercise, appointments, friendships, hobbies, or rest into the margins of your schedule.
  • Someone whose energy naturally changes throughout the week, month, or year — but whose work expects the same output all the time.
  • Longing for a slower, more spacious life without giving up your goals or financial security.

You may not need to work less because you’re less ambitious.

You may need to build differently.

.

What if we started with the life you want — and worked backward?

Instead of asking:

What career should I have?

I want to ask bigger questions.

What do you actually want your life to look like?

How much do you need — and want — to earn?

How much do you want to work?

When do you naturally have the most energy?

What kind of work makes you lose track of time?

What are you exceptionally good at?

What ideas have been sitting in the back of your mind because you haven’t known what to do with them?

What would you love to create?

Could your existing skills be used in a completely different way?

Could there be more than one way you earn money?

What would financial security or growing wealth look like for you?

What do you want your mornings to feel like?

Your summers?

Your weekends?

Where do your health, relationships, children, friendships, travel, creativity, hobbies and rest fit?

And then:

How do we creatively engineer the practical pieces — work, income, time, energy, habits, opportunities and systems — to make that life possible?

That’s where I come in.

Business Creation & Lifestyle Design Coaching

This is private-pay coaching for women who want to intentionally design how they work, how they earn, and how they live.

Together, we’ll look at the whole picture rather than treating your career, finances, schedule, health and personal life as completely separate problems.

Because they aren’t separate.

Your work affects your energy.

Your income affects your choices.

Your schedule affects your health.

Your workload affects your relationships.

Your financial needs affect how much freedom you have.

And the systems you build around all of those things determine whether the life you’re imagining is actually sustainable.

We’ll figure out how the pieces can work together.

Create or redesign your work

Maybe you already have an idea.

Maybe you have a skill or talent you aren’t fully using.

Maybe you’re considering self-employment.

Maybe you want to combine several interests instead of choosing one.

Maybe you already have a business but want to rethink how it operates.

Or maybe all you know is:

I don’t want to keep doing it this way.

We’ll explore your strengths, interests, experience, ideas and opportunities and think creatively about what your next chapter of work could look like.

That might mean developing something of your own, changing careers, expanding an existing business, creating additional income streams, combining different kinds of work, or restructuring what you’re already doing.

And then we’ll move beyond brainstorming:

How could this actually work?

Make the numbers part of the conversation

Freedom isn’t very freeing if you’re constantly stressed about money.

We’ll look realistically at the financial side of the life you’re designing:

What do you actually need to earn?

What would you like to earn?

How much work would that require?

What could you charge or sell?

What combination of income could get you there?

Where might there be opportunities you’re overlooking?

How can your work support not only today’s expenses, but saving, investing and building greater financial security over time?

This isn’t financial advising or investment management.

It’s making sure money has a seat at the table while you’re designing your life.

Build a rhythm that works for you

I don’t believe every week of your life needs to look exactly the same.

There may be seasons when you want to work more and seasons when you want to pull back.

Your work may have natural busy and quiet periods.

Your energy may fluctuate.

Your family may need different things from you at different times.

Creativity itself tends to have rhythms.

We’ll think strategically about how your days, weeks and even seasons can be structured around those realities rather than constantly fighting against them.

Make room for the rest of your life

This part matters just as much as the career.

Because the goal isn’t to build exciting work that eventually consumes you.

It’s to create enough structure and margin that you can actually invest in the things you’re working so hard to have.

Your health.

Movement and exercise.

Sleep and rest.

Your partner.

Your children and family.

Friendships.

Travel.

Hobbies.

Creativity.

Fun.

Quiet.

Rejuvenation.

And sometimes simply having nothing scheduled.

We’ll look at where those things fit before your work expands to fill every available hour.

This isn’t about finding the perfect work-life balance.

It’s about intentionally creating a life where success in one area doesn’t require sacrificing everything else.

A life with:

Meaningful work.

Enough income.

Financial growth.

Creativity and possibility.

Flexibility.

Control over your time.

Space for health and rest.

Presence with the people you love.

And room to actually enjoy the life you’re building.

What our work might look like

There isn’t one formula I’ll hand you.

That’s part of the point.

Your life isn’t a template.

Our work is highly individualized and strategic. You bring me your ideas, questions, obstacles, strengths, responsibilities, financial realities and the things that matter most to you.

Then we start connecting the dots.

Who are you?

What kind of life fits you?

What kind of work could support that life?

What could you create from the skills, interests and opportunities you already have?

How could it generate enough income?

How should your time and workload be structured?

What systems would make everyday life easier?

What do you actually need to do next?

How might the plan change across different seasons of your life, work or energy?

How do we make room for your health, relationships, family, rest and joy?

How do all of the pieces fit together?

We keep zooming between the big picture and the next practical step until the life you’re imagining starts becoming something you can actually build.

Who This Is For

Business Creation & Lifestyle Design Coaching may be a good fit if you’re a woman who is:

Considering a career change or reinvention.

Exploring self-employment or something of your own.

Trying to turn an existing talent, idea, expertise, passion, or service into income.

Already self-employed and wanting greater flexibility or sustainability.

Interested in creating multiple ways of earning rather than relying on one traditional career path.

Successful but exhausted by the way you’ve had to structure your life to achieve it.

Wanting to earn well without spending your entire life working.

Craving more autonomy over your schedule.

Trying to create more financial security while also protecting your quality of life.

Or simply beginning to realize:

I want to be much more intentional about the life I’m creating.

Private-Pay Coaching

Business Creation & Lifestyle Design is offered as a private-pay coaching service and is separate from psychotherapy.

Our work is future-focused and action-oriented, with an emphasis on career and lifestyle exploration, strategy, planning, systems, accountability and implementation.

Coaching is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment and is not billed to health insurance.

You don’t have to choose between ambition and having a life.

You can want meaningful work and afternoons with your family.

You can care about earning money and protecting your health.

You can want to grow wealth and have time to enjoy your life now.

You can be ambitious without wanting to be busy all the time.

You can build something you’re proud of without building another life you eventually need to escape from.

The question isn’t simply:

What should I do for work?

It’s: What kind of life do I want — and what can we create that makes that life possible?

I highly recommend working with Rebecca! She has helped me to regain balance in my life. I started seeing Rebecca just about a year ago when I came to the realization that I was in the throes of postpartum depression/anxiety. She quickly helped me build a realistic tool kit to navigate  through this difficult chapter as well as times of general high stress, anxiety and depression. She’s helped me to find/ define better boundaries within my life and helped me find holistic options to balance things out. Her insight into mind/body/nutrition and supplements has been a total game changer for me.
