Hi! I am a licensed mental health counselor and coach, trained in integrative wellness. I received my bachelors degree through James Madison University, majoring in psychology and minoring in family studies and women’s studies. I completed my masters degree in counseling psychology through Assumption college with concentrations in cognitive behavioral therapies and child and family interventions.

I have worked in a variety of clinical settings since 2004 including outpatient, residential, school based ADHD research initiatives, and home-based crisis driven CBHI services. Since 2010 I have been in private practice in Massachusetts. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders through cognitive behavioral therapy and accelerated resolution therapy. I am also trained in integrative mental health which allows me to take a holistic, mind-body approach to improving wellness and happiness. When I provide coaching or therapy the changes come from shifts with health, wellness, systems and schedules, as well as cognitive and somatic work. I also create digital products, planners, and systems to help women throughout this process.
Since 2015 my husband and I have owned and operated an interior design business in Southborough, MA. When I work with a design client I help them to find their aesthetic style and create a space that reflects them personally. I believe a home should be a sanctuary and a space to motivate and improve well-being. Through this experience I have gained a depth of knowledge in business start-up, sales, and marketing. Whether I’m working in design or with anxiety reduction, I am driven to bring order to the chaos. I love helping people to create intentional and beautiful lives and homes.
I am also a mom, my most important job. I experience the joys and the struggles everyday. I know what it is like to feel mother’s guilt and worry about doing and affording everything. It has pushed me to be intentional with my relationships, health, finances, home, and career. It was a necessary challenge that has led me to helping women and mothers through this process. I now offer retreats and anxiety coaching to mothers looking to find balance in their lives, improve their health, and prevent anxiety long term.
The absolute best part of being a therapist and coach is the impact I can make. There are so many victories to celebrate. People get better. They learn how strong they are and they fight for what they want. People heal, situations change, thoughts improve, families stabilize and I get to witness that whole process. There is nothing better than helping people improve their lives.
Empowering women to accomplish their goals and create a life and home in which they flourish is my passion. Each transformation is an adventure for my clients and myself!
